ABOUT THE ORG
The UP Agricultural and Applied Economics Circle (UPAAEC), formerly known as UP Agricultural Economics Circle (UPAEC), is a recognized academic-student organization based at the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics, College of Economics and Management, University of the Philippines Los Baños.
Established on December 10, 1975, this organization primarily aims to promote Agricultural and Applied Economics as a field of study and as a career.
Guided by the core values of Excellence, Loyalty, and the Spirit of Camaraderie, UPAAEC has continuously lived up to its mission of supporting and advocating for various agricultural and socio-economic initiatives in the country.

Flagship Event
AGRIKONOMIYA
AgriKonomiya is a flagship event of UP Agricultural and Applied Economics Circle, composed of various scholastic activities (essay writing, poster making, spoken word poetry and agricultural resolutions pitch) targeted at bringing awareness to the youth about the importance of the agriculture sector in our country.
